pinpoint Return Policy?

Pinpoint Laser Systems allows returns upon approval. The system must be shipped prepaid back to the factory with a statement of the problem for evaluation and repair. If the unit is still under warranty, it will be repaired free of charge and returned to the customer. If the customer chooses not to have the product repaired, it will be promptly shipped back.

For non-warranty repairs, the unit can be returned prepaid for evaluation. The customer will be notified of the repair cost and return date. If the customer decides not to have the unit repaired, it will be promptly returned.

Return shipping recommendations include using the original packaging or packaging carefully, and using UPS or FED for shipment (DHL shipments are not accepted). It is recommended to call before shipping so the repair team can anticipate the arrival.
